Some of the most common questions we receive at the Macha office pertain to consumer person-to-person (P2P) transfers via the ACH Network. Most often, questions have to do with fixing something that went wrong. These problems include fraud, incorrect account numbers, and buyer’s remorse, all of which can result in financial losses for your organization. Don’t miss this chance to learn about the unique features of P2P transfers via the ACH network. This session will cover: ACH Rules for P2P entries, Unique ACH Format requirements, Risk Management, and Errors and unauthorized.

  • Unlimited video replay for 1 year
  • Certificate for Continuing Education upon completion of the course
  • 1.0 CPE credit

To receive CPE Credits:

Each attendee must be registered on the paid event registration and attend a full 50 minutes for each CPE credit hour. Each attendee is also required to answer the live polling questions to confirm participation.
