This is not a Series on time management, team development or board reporting, instead we explore more esoteric but permanent skills, traits and skills required of leaders, whether they lead in business, sports, government or life. Section 1: All About Ethics – Explore the real value of ethical behavior and how leaders can set the tone at the top!
Section 2: The Noble Truths Seven Traits of Leadership – Empathy, Integrity, Generosity, Vision and more. Why are these soft skills so necessary in leaders?

Friday, April 16, 2021 (90 minutes):
Section 3: Native Wisdom – there is so much we can learn from Native America leaders. Find out why their leadership skills are timeless.
Section 4: The Power of Women – recognizing the great leadership examples of women and applying their knowledge to your own leadership style.

Monday, April 19, 2021 (90 minutes):
Section 5: Secrets of Critical Thinking – the key skill for leaders is dissected, examined and presented in simple and applicable terms.
Section 6: The Power of You – building your personal leadership brand and why it is important.
