In addition to Remote Deposit Capture practices and issues, we will share Regulation CC updates and the significant changes to compliance and risk management that updates impose. Returns and adjustments are covered as well, including the timing requirement of a return; what adjustments are allowed by agreement; and the loss allocation between Bank of First Deposit and Paying Bank that is allowed under check law.
