Webinar Description

Recorded: April 30, 2021

With impending legalization at the Federal level, whether addressing cannabis as a substance or as a bankable commodity or both, it’s time to have a candid discussion about what that could mean. We’ve had the opportunity as an industry to set the standard in cannabis banking in terms of due diligence, onboarding and monitoring. Permissible payments have been dictated by the card brand networks. What will this all mean? While we don’t have a crystal ball, we do have a panel of experts who will address what has been, what is currently being seen and what we can reasonably predict for the future of banking, monitoring and payments. You’ll also hear tales from the trenches that will demonstrate how critical your due diligence – initial and ongoing – is to effectively administering your Cannabis Banking Program!

Our panel will be facilitated by Angela Lucas, Director of Cannabis Banking at Integrated Compliance Solutions, LLC. We will be joined by:

  • Ryan Hale, Chief Sales Officer & Partner at Operational Security Solutions
  • Spencer MacKay, Client Relationship Manager at Operational Security Solutions
  • Scott Solomon, Chief Operating Officer at Operational Security Solutions
  • Tim Taylor, Executive Vice President of Payments at Greenlight Payments, Inc.
  • Cody Hershey, Founder & President at Integrated Compliance Solutions, LLC
  • Your registration includes:
  • A copy of the presentation materials
  • Unlimited video replay
