Whether you intend to bank Direct MRBs, or tailor your program to other segments of the cannabis industry, it is critical that your Board be informed and well-versed on cannabis banking concepts, as well as regulatory expectations. Training should be conducted at least annually and can be tied in with the Board’s annual BSA training.
