The agreements you maintain with your Originators and Third-Party Service Providers, including Third-Party Senders, are extremely important when determining who is responsible and who is financially liable in the event of an error or fine assessed for non-compliance with the Nacha Operating Rules. In this session, we will discuss the requirements for these agreements and sound business practices for managing them.
